Preheat oven to 325 degrees
For pie crust, cut 1⅞ cups flour into crisco.
Add salt to flour and crisco mixture
Mix 1/8 cup flour with 1/4 cup water, and add to flour/salt mixture
Roll dough into pie crust
For the pie filling, mix ingredients in order.
Pour into uncooked pie shell
Cook for 45 minutes or until firm and brown.
