Christmas Corn Casserole


Ingredients

  • 1 16-oz can whole kernal corn, undrained
  • 1 16-oz can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well

  3. Spoon into 8x12 inch baking dish.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until light brown.
